Includes all new flooring, paint and furnishings, Flat screen TV & DVD player, cable, WiFi in unit as well as around pool and in lobbies. Deluxe Lazyboy Queen sleeper sofa and King Bed with accordion style divider so unit can become 2 bedrooms. As a bonus there is a second TV in bedroom area for streaming devices ONLY, there is NO Cable to the 2nd TV. You are just steps away from the white sand beach and unit is fully stocked including all linens, pots, pans and dishes, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, small cooler and noodles for floating. Just bring your swim suit and toothbrush. When you are done at the beach, take a dip in the large heated pool, walk up the beach to Pincher's Tiki Bar for a tropical drink or walk across the street to Santini Plaza which has shopping, 6 restaurants, 4 bars, 2 delis, post office, laundry mat, and marina with fishing charters and boat rentals. Pool is open dawn to dusk. You never have to worry about boredom! There is parasailing, fishing, jet skiing, dolphin tours, sightseeing tours, day trips to the Keys and Sanibel Island. Tennis is available right on the grounds along with shuffleboard and grills to have a picnic outside. Bikes and mopeds can be rented right on the island or take a trolley ride to the north end of the island to the pier and Times Square. Plus the 7 mile long beach is right outside your door! PLEASE NO CHILDREN ALLOWED. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. This unit is on our linen service so you can wash linens yourself or you can trade them out at our office in Santini Plaza for a very minimal fee.

Checking in and and out went very smooth. The condo was clean, spacious and completely stocked with everything we needed. The beach towels, pool noodles and beach chairs were an added bonus. Another bonus was the linen service on this condo. When your trip is coming to an end, the last thing you really want to do is wash the sheets and towels. The view from this condo was everything we wanted. We sat out on the balcony every morning and evening. We would definitely stay in his unit again.

Love Kathy Nesbit staff. Everyone very helpful and friendly. Everyone at Estero Beach & Tennis Club super friendly. Nice complex. Condo has beautiful view. Bed comfy. Unit nicely furnished. Wish it had a dishwasher.

This unit looked to be recently remodeled (vinyl flooring in the living/dining area and the entire bathroom). It was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The couch was larger than what I’ve had in other Estero Beach & Tennis units. I was pleased to see the comfortable patio chairs to sit on and watch the beautiful sunsets. The view from the patio was very nice. The pool area is well maintained. Many of the people I met at the pool were repeat renters.
