We enjoyed staying in unit 407. We liked the decor – very Florida coast. However the 2nd bath needs some finishing and it would be great to have a TV in the second bedroom.

This unit does have a very beautiful view from the porch and it looks like all the carpeting is new. 2nd bathroom needs upgraded. Dishes and silverware need replaced. Beds were good. Might rent this again. Very pleased with Kathy Nesbit Vacations.
Mary H. from Youngstown, OH
Thanks for the kind words Mary. We will pass along your suggestion to the owner that guest bathroom needs updating. And we will, of course, look into replacing dishes and silverware immediately. We look forward to hosting you again soon Mary!

It was ok, but needs some maintenance. Kathy Nesbit Vacations did a great job making this vacation good, the staff was great to deal with, I recommend her office and I will be dealing with her again.
Ray D. from Mokena, IL
Thanks for the recommendation! It was a pleasure hosting you Ray, and we look forward to seeing you soon. The owners of Sand Caper 407 had complete remodeling of the bathrooms scheduled, but the COVID-19 crisis has delayed construction work.
