The unit was clean and spacious. Great location for walking around to area restaurants, Santini Plaza, CVS and the beach. The unit was dated and needed some updates which I believe the owner will be updating floors soon. Pool area is nice. They didn’t have any grills, pickle ball courts or tennis at this location.
