Estero Sands offers all for the perfect Florida vacation at one of the country's top rated and safest beaches - 7 miles of white sand, sea breezes, turquoise waters of the Gulf, sound of the surf, dolphins swimming by, rare and beautiful shorebirds overhead, world-famous sunsets - all in your backyard. You can even enjoy it all without leaving your condo - your screened in lanai gives you a fabulous direct view of the Gulf and allows you to sit, relax and take in the sea air. A cup of coffee to greet the sunrise, a glass of wine to celebrate the sunset. Ideally located, Estero Sands boasts its own private beachfront with tiki huts for your use LOUNGE CHAIRS IN THE PICTURES ARE NOT PROVIDED. The heated pool is surrounded by a sundeck with many lounge chairs and picnic tables. Estero Sands is close to nearly all the attractions on Fort Myers Beach. You can walk to the library, restaurants, shops, bars, and three of our most popular spots on the island - Times Square, The Pier and Main Street. If you want to venture out to the south end of the island or Lover's Key State Park, just hop on the beach trolley!
Estero Sands 303 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath vacation home that can well serve as your family's base. Cozy, comfortable seating for downtime reading or watching TV. Free WiFi is included. There's a sleeper sofa for 2 extra guests. There's a fully equipped kitchen when you want to eat in and a dining table for 4. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, an en suite bath and its own private lanai access (open the sliding glass door and let the sound of the surf lull you to sleep). The guest bedroom has two twin beds and its own bathroom right next door. For your convenience, there is on-site laundry facilities for guests and residents and a parking pass for a spot on the premises.
Please Note: There is security camera surveillance in the Pool Area to prevent those who are not residents or guests of Estero Sands to enter.

We had a really great time at Estero Sands #303. We had a few issues on arrival but I can tell you that Leanna came through asap on our issues. The condo has a great location to Time Square (we rented bikes and it’s only a 7 minute ride) and it was very clean. The biggest plus was the view of the ocean from our enclosed porch!

This was our first time booking and staying at Estero Sands with Kathy Nesbit. Everything, and I mean everything went seamlessly. The location was perfect, the condo was just right, the process of checking in/out easy. We come to Fort Myers on a regular basis and it seems it gets harder and harder to find a consistent rental place to stay/work with. It seems we may have found the best yet. Great experience renting from Kathy Nesbit Vacations. This unit at Estero Sands is a bit outdated but clean and great location on the island away from the business of the pier area but close enough to walk or ride trolley to. And best of all it’s right on the beach with the huts for shade and beach loungers to use. Neighbors that live in the building also very friendly. We had a great experience and will use Kathy Nesbit Vacations to rent from in the future!
