Ready for a wonderful FLORIDA FAMILY FUN VACATION on FORT MYERS BEACH!!! While our island may look different as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds from Hurricane Ian, bigger and better than ever, we can assure you that the Beach is as spectacular as ever and all of our homes have been approved and inspected to meet your family's needs. We are Fort Myers Beach Strong and will be better than ever!

This FABULOUS corner vacation condo is a very spacious 1,867 square feet of air conditioned, comfortable accommodations for the entire family, including your pet, that allows room for all to feel right at home. As soon as you enter the condo you are greeted with a lovely tiled entrance way and a place to sit and take off your sandals. Walking down the Hallway, you will notice the split, open floor layout that separates the two Guest Bedrooms from the Master Bedroom En Suite and opens up to sunlight and a spectacular view of the Bay. The huge Kitchen has custom cabinets with granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all appliances, dishware and cookware you will need to prepare breakfast, lunch or a complete gourmet meal. The Kitchen island features a beautiful breakfast bar for four. And there's a lovely nook with big windows to let the sunshine in and a desk for working remotely. A formal Dining Area has a huge table for 6.

The Living Room is as comfortable as it is beautiful. Two comfy sofas and designer chairs offer a relaxing place to watch tv after a fun day at the beach. (Please note the TV is internet TV only. There is no cable TV. You can sign in to your own Hulu, Netflix, etc. accounts) The sliding glass doors lead to a large all weather Screened In/Glassed In Lanai that overlooks the canal waters, the preserve and a FABULOUS view of the Bay.

The Master Bedroom En Suite features a private Lanai access to the main all weather Lanai, its own TV, and a gorgeous Master Bath with a roman tub, tiled Walk In Shower and two separate vanities. On the opposite side of the condo, Guest Bedroom #1 is also an En Suite with a Full Guest Bath with a Walk In Shower and has a Queen sized bed, its own TV, and private access to a separate Bedroom Screened In Lanai. Guest Bedroom #2 also has a Queen sized bed, its own TV and private access to the same Bedroom Screened In Lanai. The 3rd Full Bath is right next door with a Tub/Shower combo.

For your convenience, there is an in-unit Laundry Room with a Full sized Washer and Dryer, Free in-unit WiFi, a building elevator, a secured lobby, on floor trash chute, and on-site guest parking area. There is a no smoking policy in the unit and both lanais which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests.

Estero Bayside has wonderful amenities - including a Resort sized Heated Pool and Sundeck with lounge chairs, BBQ picnic area, an outdoor bar, and a gorgeous Clubhouse with full Kitchen facilities, a full sized Bar, Social Room and Dining Area. Walk down the street and greet the stunning Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy a warm relaxing day at the beach, numerous water sports, take a relaxing walk on the beach, or go shelling. Dolphins frequent our seven mile beach which has warm water, sugar white sand that is soft and wonderful for building sand castles.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

If you love the beach, you won't find a better vacation home for your family to make cherished memories. Sun, sand and surf await you at one of the country's top 10 beaches. Enjoy 7 miles of white sugar sand beach - watch the dolphins play, swim, fish, collect seashells, bird watch, go for a pleasure walk or healthy run, play at all kinds of water sports...and don't miss our world famous sunsets!

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
