The open floor plan at Sandarac 811B is spacious, and the minute you walk through the front door, you are greeted with lots of sunlight streaming through the glass doors. The entire condo has been professionally designed and decorated and features tile flooring throughout the living area. Even the comfy sofas in the living room are power recliners! The living/dining area makes it easy for everyone to hang out together after spending the day on the beach. Everyone can relax comfortably watching their favorite shows on the large Flat Screen TV.
Though several restaurants are within a 5 min. walk to Santini Marina Plaza, the kitchen makes it easy to stay and cook. Newly remodeled with gorgeous cabinets, granite countertops and all new appliances, this fully equipped Kitchen makes it all a pleasure. Everyone can be seated at the large dining table - or why not dine alfresco out on the screened in lanai and enjoy the sea breezes, swaying palm trees and our world famous sunsets.
Both bedrooms are lovely! Down the hall, there's the Master Bedroom featuring a comfortable King Sized Bed, its own TV, a beautiful beach view from the window and a full Master Bath. The newly remodeled Master Bath En Suite is right across from the Master Bedroom's Walk In Closet. The Guest Bedroom features a Queen Sized Bed AND a Single Bed, its own TV and its own Walk In Closet. (Sandarac 811B sleeps 5!) The Guest Bath, also newly remodeled, is right next door and offers a Walk In Shower.
There's even a laundry room with a full sized Washer and Dryer (no need to go home with dirty clothes!). For your convenience, there's FREE Wifi in the condo (yes, you can work remotely), a secured lobby, building elevators, and ample on-site parking, including one assigned covered spot.
