This fabulous corner vacation condo is very spacious 1,867 square feet of air conditioned, comfortable accommodations for the entire family that allows room for all to feel right at home. As soon as you enter the condo you will notice the split, open floor layout that separates the two guest bedrooms from the master bedroom. The huge kitchen has custom cabinets with granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all appliances, dishware and cookware you will need to prepare breakfast, lunch or a complete gourmet meal. The kitchen island features a beautiful breakfast bar for four. And there's a lovely dining nook with big windows and plantation shutters to let the sunshine in. A formal dining area has a huge table for 6.
Living room is as comfortable as it is beautiful. Two reclining sofas offer a relaxing place to watch tv after a fun day at the beach. The sliding glass doors lead to a large screened in Lanai, and then a HUGE balcony/deck that overlooks the canal waters and the preserve - this balcony/deck is an exclusive feature to this 2nd floor corner unit.
The Master Bedroom En Suite features a private Lanai access, a large Walk In Closet, its own TV, and a gorgeous Master Bath with a roman tub, tiled Walk In Shower and two separate vanities. Guest Bedroom #1 is also an En Suite with a Full Guest Bath with a Walk In Shower and has a Queen sized bed, its own TV, and private access to a separate Bedroom Lanai. Guest Bedroom #2 has two Twin Beds, its own TV and private access to the Bedroom Lanai. The 3rd Full Bath is right next door with a Tub/Shower combo.
For your convenience, there is an in-unit Laundry Room with a Full sized Washer and Dryer, Free in-unit WiFi, a building elevator, a secured lobby, on floor trash chute, on-site assigned parking spot and guest parking area. There is great attention given to provide guests with a comfortable and clean environment. There is a no smoking, no pets policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests.
Estero Bayside has wonderful amenities - including a heated pool and sundeck with lounge chairs, BBQ picnic area, and a beautiful indoor social area.
Walk down the street and greet the stunning Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy a warm relaxing day at the beach, numerous water sports, take a relaxing walk on the beach, or go shelling. Dolphins frequent our seven mile beach which has warm water, sugar white sand that is soft and wonderful for building sand castles. Be sure to catch our world famous sunsets! You can jump on the beach trolley to go down to The Pier and Times Square or Lover's Key State Park. No need to leave the island - there's plenty of restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, and grocery stores.
