In the distance, you can see beautiful Big Carlos Pass and Lovers Key State Park where you can bike, hike, beach-comb, and kayak. Carlos Pointe 523 is located in the quiet, residential southern end of the island secluded from the high traffic, noisy north end.
Take the elevator up to your air-conditioned condo and open the door to your lovely beachfront vacation condo. Carlos Pointe 523 is on the 5th floor right on the beach so you have amazing views out of every window and sliding glass door. The Gulf of Mexico is the star of the show when you stay at Carlos Pointe 523 - relax and take in the sea breezes and listen to the sound of the surf out on your lanai. Of course, with the beach just steps out your back door, you may prefer to head down and catch our world famous sunsets right from the surf.
Carlos Pointe Resort Condominiums enjoys a large heated pool right beside the beach that's surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs on a huge sundeck. Swim for a while and then dry off in the warm tropical Gulf air. There's a large picnic area where you can BBQ and sit to enjoy a meal. The Social Room has a ping-pong table and small kitchen with tables.
Your Carlos Pointe 523 living room is outfitted with comfy seating - a sleeper sofa and loveseat where you can enjoy a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. You also have free Wi-Fi within your condo so you can check out restaurant menus online, post photos to social media, and email family and friends back home.
If you want to dine in at Carlos Pointe 523, you have a fully equipped, newly remodeled kitchen with all the appliances you need ready and waiting for you to cook your family's favorite recipes. There's a large dining table, breakfast bar and outdoor table on the lanai with a great view - your choice!
As a special convenience, your washer and dryer are tucked away in a corner next to the refrigerator in your Carlos Pointe 523 kitchen.
When you've golfed, swam, beach-combed, shopped, fished, or paddle-boarded all day, your Master Bedroom En Suite will be the perfect welcome retreat you seek. Outfitted with a King-sized bed and wall-mounted flat-screen TV, you'll be all set to enjoy a good night's sleep. Be sure to take a moment to go out on the screened in lanai through your private sliding glass door and gaze at the moon shining over the Gulf. What a magical experience! The Master Bath has a brand new granite topped vanity and a walk in shower.
The Guest Bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a dresser, and a TV that's perfectly situated for late-night viewing. Conveniently right next door is the Guest Bath which also features a Walk In Shower.
For your convenience, there's free WiFi in the unit, washer/dryer in the unit, building elevator, secured lobby, and ample on-site parking.
On site amenities at Carlos Pointe include a heated pool, ample lounge chairs to soak up the sun, a shaded picnic area with lots of tables, and a social room overlooking the pool. Close by on the island are restaurants, shopping, night spots, movie theater, parks on both the beach and bay side, marinas, and of course, Times Square and The Pier, favorite tourist destinations. You can venture down to the rest of the island by beach trolley! No smoking is allowed on the lanai, walkways or inside the condo. There is a $300 Refundable Security Deposit required.
