Boat docks line the wide canals at Casa Marina that lead right to the gorgeous, mangrove lined Bay then minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. And it's just a short walk to one of our country's top 10 beaches - Fort Myers Beach is 7 miles of pristine, sugar white sand.
Casa Marina 253 is a newly remodeled, two bedroom, two bath air-conditioned condo that offers lots of room to spread out and relax. Large and sunlight-filled, the open concept living space is beautifully decorated with Florida flair. There's comfortable furnishings in the Living Room and a huge flat screen TV with cable service (there’s also free Internet service) to watch your favorite shows. The Dining Area seats six easily at the glass table with seating for two more at the granite topped Breakfast Bar. There's a gorgeous, fully remodeled, fully equipped Kitchen efficiently designed for ease of cooking with new appliances, including a dishwasher, and granite countertops. Beautiful, brand new cabinets hold all the dishware, tableware and cookware you will need.
Beyond the Living Room through sliding glass doors is the Screened In Lanai that runs the full width of the condo space with lovely views of the Canal and Bay. Your beautiful HUGE Screened In Lanai allows you to dine alfresco or relax for hours taking in the sea breezes and swaying palm trees. Tucked away in a closet on the Lanai are a full-sized Washer and Dryer for your convenience.
The fabulous Master Bedroom En Suite is very large - a true retreat - with sliding glass doors leading to the Lanai and lovely views of the water. The room offers a King Sized Bed with beautiful linens, a Walk In Closet and a flat-screen TV with cable service that’s perfect for late night viewing. The newly remodeled Master Bath features a tiled Walk In Shower. The Guest Bedroom is very large and accommodates two Beds - one Queen Sized bed and one Twin Bed providing for 3 guests. (There is a TV in the Guest Bedroom but it does not have cable service - will only work for internet streaming.) The Guest Bath next door has also been newly remodeled with a Walk In Shower.
There is free Wifi in your condo, building elevator, a secured lobby, and ample on site parking for your convenience.
The Casa Marina complex is a beautifully maintained property that sits on the quiet, south end of the island surrounded by tropical landscaping and extra wide canals right at the entrance to the Bay. Take a dip in the resort sized heated pool, lounge on the sundeck soaking up the Florida sunshine or take a short walk to one of the best beaches in the country...Casa Marina guests have their own deeded beach access! From there, you can walk either south towards Lover's Key State Park and enjoy the nature walks or shelling on the beach or north toward The Pier - 7 miles of sugar sand and blue Gulf waters.
*New Tennis Courts for the Bay Beach Area are scheduled to begin construction 2023. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
No need to get in the car. Santini Marina Plaza is right next door where you can rent a boat at Fish Tale Marina, go shopping or dine out at one of several restaurants. You can always just hop on the trolley and go north to Fort Myers Beach’s famous Times Square and The Pier for some nightlife or go south the Lover’s Key State Park to rent a kayak or canoe to explore the mangroves or collect seashells along the shore.
