Beyond the living area through sliding glass doors is the fantastic screened in lanai with water views of the wide canal full of boats running by on their way out to the Gulf. There you will find comfortable patio furniture to relax and read a book while catching the tropical breezes coming in from the Gulf. Start your morning by enjoying your first cup of coffee on the lanai and plan your day.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with updated stainless kitchen appliances and a full complement of cookware, dishes and utensils. In the dining area, there's a lovely table for four for sit down dinners.
The master bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and dual sinks. The large Master Bedroom En Suite features a king sized bed, its own wall mounted flat screen TV for late night viewing, its own access to the lanai. and a lovely En Suite Master Bath with double vanities and walk in shower. Hibiscus Pointe is an upscale, beautifully maintained complex bordered by wide canals that lead directly to the Bay in the exclusive Bay Beach area of Fort Myers Beach. We just stayed for second straight year and like last year had a wonderful time. The condo is awesome, great location and incredibly friendly folks. It is home away from home.
The service by the staff at Kathy Nesbit vacations is outstanding. I would highly recommend them as well.

I would highly recommend staying at this location and using Kathy Nesbit Vacations. First of all the place is extremely well located. Right by the beach and amazing walking and jogging trails right outside your door. And the views of the boats are spectacular. The condo itself is very well decorated and very clean. Just an overall excellent place.
Regarding Kathy Nesbit Vacations the service provided is excellent and the people are very professional. Very good in what they do.
I summary, I can only give a “5” here. My score would have been higher if allowed. To say this was an excellent vacation is the understatement of the year!!
