You can even enjoy it all without leaving your condo - your screened in lanai gives you a partial view of the Gulf and allows you to sit, relax and take in the sea air. A cup of coffee to greet the sunrise, a glass of wine to celebrate the sunset. Ideally located, Estero Sands boasts its own private beachfront with tiki huts for your use LOUNGE CHAIRS IN THE PICTURES ARE NOT PROVIDED. The heated pool is surrounded by a sundeck with many lounge chairs and picnic tables. Estero Sands is close to nearly all the attractions on Fort Myers Beach. You can walk to the library, restaurants, shops, bars, and three of our most popular spots on the island - Times Square, The Pier and Main Street. If you want to venture out to the south end of the island or Lover's Key State Park, just hop on the beach trolley!
Estero Sands 202 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath vacation home that can well serve as your family's base. Cozy, comfortable seating for downtime reading or watching TV. Free WiFi is included. There's a fully equipped kitchen when you want to eat in and a dining table for 4. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, an en suite bath and its own private lanai access (open the sliding glass door and let the sound of the surf lull you to sleep). The guest bedroom has two twin beds and its own bathroom right next door. Estero Sands is a quiet adult complex with several year round owner for peaceful stay.
PLEASE NOTE: Breath easier knowing this unit has had an ultraviolet light air filtration system installed to remove all airborne microbes guaranteeing clean fresh air. For your convenience, there is on-site laundry facilities for guests and residents and a parking pass for a spot on the premises. There is security camera surveillance in the Pool Area to prevent those who are not residents or guests of Estero Sands to enter.

The complex was very nice, lots of covered parking. Elevator to all floors available and convenient (thought it could do with some updating.) We walked in the unit and felt refreshed. It was clean and well stocked with the essentials. The only reason I did not give this unit 5 stars is because the bathrooms could use a freshening up and the doors inside the unit could use new hardware, but it is my understanding that has all been addressed already and will be happening soon. The pool was nice. My boys often had it to themselves since the complex is smaller which was awesome. Beach access was great, very private! We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back and will definitely (and already have) recommended our friends and family! Thanks Kathy Nesbit Vacations and Unit Owner for a wonderful family vacation!!

Unit #202 is very well maintained and has all the necessary items needed (stocked) for the Kitchen, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Patio, and Beach. Wonderful ocean view, with on site large swimming pool, with pool seating and restrooms. Outstanding , large white Oceanfront sand beach, directly in back of the Estero Sands building, with two thatched roofed “Huts” on the beach, for shade, if desired, and a dozen lounges for renters and guests. Under the building parking., with elevator to all floors.

This was our first time staying here, and we are coming back next year. The condo was conveniently located and steps to the beach. Beautiful white sand beach that felt very private. This was a very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated condo. Kathy Nesbit rentals were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Great week!!
