Creciente 913N is a lovely 9th floor, 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Vacation Condo that sits right on 7 miles of white sand and surf of one of the country's top rated beaches. The oversized, spacious screened in lanai has a gorgeous view of the Gulf and water bird preserve where you can catch our world famous sunsets every night. Living room has comfortable seating to relax on your recliner and watch TV while the dining area has seating for 4. Master bedroom is an en suite and features a comfortable Queen-sized bed, a TV, and a private lanai access. Guest bedroom has a King-sized bed, TV, and its own private lanai access. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the condo, building elevator, building lobby security and ample on-site parking. Amenities include a heated resort-sized pool and sun deck area, fitness room, tennis and a social room with WiFi. This property is NON SMOKING unit including the lanai area. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO WIFI PROVIDED IN THE UNIT.

The impressive Creciente complex, a ribbon of three buildings which sit on several acres of the most sought after beachfront property on Florida's Gulf Coast, features a tennis court, a heated swimming pool, sauna, BBQ grills, billiards room, social room and a fitness center on its manicured grounds. PLEASE NOTE: There is still construction occurring at the Creciente complex, but they are ready to welcome visitors back and are certain you will enjoy their beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.

You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. Creciente's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer. Bayside Park celebrates every week with free concerts.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
