This A+ rated unit with a million dollar view and unique PRIVATE sundeck overlooking 7 miles of white sandy beach will welcome you to the island vacation of your dreams.
The open floor plan is spacious, and the minute you walk through the front door, you are greeted with lots of sunlight streaming through the glass doors. The entire condo has been professionally designed and decorated and features wood flooring throughout. Even the comfy sectional in the living room was custom designed for this unit. The living/dining/kitchen area makes it easy for everyone to hang out together after spending the day on the beach. You can sit at the breakfast bar sending emails to friends (or office if you must) via the free WiFi while everyone else relaxes comfortably watching the HUGE Flat Screen TV. (There are two twin air mattresses with linens, enabling Sandarac 107A to sleep 6.)
Though several restaurants are within a 5 min. walk to Santini Marina Plaza, the brand new designer kitchen will entice you to stay and cook. With marble countertops and new appliances, this fully equipped kitchen makes it all a pleasure. Everyone can be seated at the large dining table - or why not dine alfresco out on the screened in lanai and enjoy the sea breezes, swaying palm trees and our world famous sunsets.
Both bedrooms are gorgeous! The large guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and its own TV. The master bedroom also features its own TV, a king sized bed, and is even more spacious with extra room for a desk. Both bedrooms offer their own LUXURIOUS, newly remodeled baths - each with a tiled walk in shower and custom designed shower seat. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit.
We've saved the best for last - Sandarac 107A boasts a magnificent view of the beach and Gulf which can be enjoyed from either your beautiful screened in lanai or your PRIVATE outdoor sundeck - a very unique feature for a vacation condo.
The popular Sandarac Resort Condominium Complex offers guests a heated beachfront resort sized pool and sundeck, a picnic area with BBQ grill, ample on site parking, and of course, the beautiful beach and turquoise waters of the Gulf as your backyard.
Sandarac is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. The south end of the beach is known for its relaxing and care free atmosphere, but still close to many shops and restaurants in Santini Plaza. This condo is definitely a 5 star accommodation… the views are fantastic from the lanai and the little courtyard outside the front door was a great place to sip some coffee after my beach run! All of the amenities in this home are high quality and very comfortable. The Kathy Nesbit team took care of our needs immediately and followed through with wifi and appliance issues. They were great to work with!! Its a dream come true!! We will be back.

The condo is beautiful – clean, spacious, updated, stocked with everything you’ll need for a memorable stay at the beach. There’s not one thing we needed that wasn’t there. Super comfortable beds and furniture, large TVs, beautiful appliances. Great view of the beach and fantastic pool to swim in. We will be back!
