Your large screened in lanai enjoys a fabulous direct Gulf view where you can spot any number of rare island birds nesting in the Estero Wildlife Preserve just out back and the dolphins swimming by in the blue waters of the Gulf. Best of all, you can watch our world famous sunsets every night right from your lanai's lounge chair. The living room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV. The brand new fully equipped kitchen features new appliances and corian countertops. The open concept living area includes a dining area with a large glass table with seating for 6. Master bedroom en suite is beautifully decorated with a king-sized bed and has its own private lanai access, while the newly remodeled master bath features a tiled walk in shower. The guest bedroom also has a king-sized bed with a guest bath next door. For your convenience, there is ample parking, a building elevator, an in-unit washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi provided.
There is a large, heated pool where you can enjoy a dip or just sit and soak up the sun. Amenities include Tennis courts, shuffleboard, BBQ picnic area and of course, you are steps away from one of Florida's top rated beaches - 7 miles of white sugar sand, soft surf and great fishing! You are walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and a marina where you can rent boats, paddleboards, or wave runners. Two Weeks Minimum Rental from Saturday to Saturday in peak season.
Terra Mar is located on the quiet, south end of the island with easy access off island. You can hop on the Beach Trolley that stops just out front and ride to Lover's Key State Park, The Pier, or Times Square and all the night spots on Main Street.

I lived on Ft Myers Beach recently and knew what I was looking for — Location, unit elevation, direct Gulf view, easy access to beach, clean surroundings/bldg/unit, no musty or stale cigaret smell. This rental was all that and more, in that it has recently been renovated; the beautiful photos are accurate, not exaggerated. Everything needed for indoors as well as beach fun is provided. Beds and pillows are comfortable, new retro deco, lots of cooking items. AND Kathy Nesbit staff excellent to work with. I will recommend this company and this unit. Thank you, also, to the owner.

The Unit 1003 at Terra Mar was fantastic; newly renovated, clean and well appointed. The availability of beach chairs, towels, coolers etc was appreciated, although we had little time to use them. With the beach being closed so quickly after our arrival, we were sad we couldn’t even take our daily walks to enjoy the warmth and Gulf view. We did enjoy the comfortable furniture on the Lanai.
We aren’t sure what our plans are for after the world is opened up again but we will keep Kathy Nesbit Vacations in mind and will definitely refer your rentals to friends and family.
