The newly remodeled en suite master bath has a vanity and dressing area, with the toilet and walk in shower in a separate room. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed and its own TV, while the beautiful, brand new guest bath with a walk in shower sits right next door. For your convenience, this condo offers an in-unit Washer/Dryer and free WiFi.
The Riviera Club offers wonderful amenities for its guests, including a fabulous resort-sized heated pool with waterfall feature, spa, huge sundeck around the pool with lounge chairs, a second sundeck area overlooking the Gulf, a BBQ area, building elevators, beautifully decorated and secured lobby, and ample on site parking. Of course, the best of all is that the Riviera Club sits on one of our country's top rated beaches - 7 miles of white sandy beach and blue waters of the Gulf.
The Riviera Club Condos are located on the beautiful and quiet South end of the island on the Gulf side, about a block south of Santini Marina Plaza - walking distance to shopping, dining, marina and more! Beach trolley stops right outside the Riviera Club and can take you south to Lover's Key State Park or north to The Pier, Times Square and all the night spots.

First the condo was in very good condition, felt very clean upon arrival. Quite possibly the very best equipped rental I’ve ever had, couldn’t think of one thing I needed and had so many more that I used and would have never thought of asking for. Staff has done an excellent job keeping the place organized. If I had to mention anything it would be that I was bummed at the A/c temperatures being limited to 74 degrees but with a small fan i brought and the 95 plus daytime temps it started to feel cooler everyday. The sofa didnt work for us, not so much the comfort but the cushions wont stay on over the pull out. Would have loved to had the kickouts on both ends and not worried about providing the extra sleeping spaces. Honestly this condo is perfect for two couple or less. The building itself is well maintained, we ran into John ( HOA Board) more than once either by the pool or in the hallways keeping a watchful eye on everything. It was actually very thoughtful as he makes sure all deliveries such as Amazon Prime are brought into the lobby. We had multiple items delivered in the first week. We had no need for contacting the rental office with problems etc. When we did encounter anyone from KNV they were very helpful and professional. Lastly I would have to say that the proximity to Santini Plaza and the fact at how many amazing shops and eateries reside within would make me want to rent from this location again. Except for groceries, I had everything I needed within a five minute walk.

Absolutely stunning apartment with great, great view. It has everything you need and more. Kitchen and the rest of the apartment are super equipped, there’s nothing left to be desired.
The view from the balcony is special and you can even hear the ocean, it’s so close. Just perfect!

This condo was great! Very nicely stocked kitchen. The lanai was very comfortable we barely spent anytime inside except to eat dinner. Sadly not able to rebook as the owners are staying next year not that I can blame them! If this unit is available I highly recommend it .

Great location on the beach. Well equipped kitchen, though not much room left for our “stuff. ” Comfy, sunny lanai with wonderful view. The leather couch was beautiful; just wish it was a little more comfortable. Office responsive when we asked for new pillows. Would stay here again.
