Located beachfront at the quiet, upscale south end of the island, this condo complex has a resort sized, heated pool on the Gulf side, a sun deck with ample lounge chairs, and well-maintained tennis courts surrounded by acres of beautiful tropical grounds with swaying palm trees. This lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo has tile floors throughout and sunlight pouring in through large windows and large sliding glass doors. This efficiency unit includes a full kitchen and breakfast bar for two. A room divider separates the living room with its large screen TV and sleeper sofa from the master bedroom which features a king-sized bed. A spectacular panoramic island view is yours from the 10th floor open air balcony to take in 7 miles of sand and surf and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. For your convenience, there is free WiFi in this unit, an elevator, secured lobby, ample parking, and a building laundry facility for guests and residents. Also, free WiFi is offered around the pool area.
There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. This unit is on our linen service so you can wash linens yourself or you can trade them out at our office in Santini Plaza for a very minimal fee.

We stayed at your condo in May for 28 nights and had a great and relaxing time we have it booked again next year, wish you had HD channels to go along with the nice HD TV but everything was great.
