Situated along a canal overlooking Estero Bay, Hibiscus Pointe 564 is an island beauty of a vacation home that will serve as an ideal getaway for up to six lucky guests. This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath air-conditioned, corner condo unit offers large accommodations that give guests plenty of room to spread out and relax. The living room includes a large, comfy sectional sofa, huge flat screen TV and free WiFi to better look up our area attractions - all kinds of waters sports, fishing, dolphin tours, shell collecting, island movie theater, shopping, island bars, restaurants and night spots! Plenty of room for six guests to dine inside on the large dining table or out on the screened in lanai to catch the tropical breezes coming in from the Bay. Beyond the living room through sliding glass doors is the lovely lanai offering water views of the Bay and the canal below full of boats running by on their way out to the Gulf. There is an efficient, well-equipped kitchen with a full complement of appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, its own access to the lanai, a large master bath with double vanities, and its own flat screen TV for late night viewing. There are two guest bedrooms - one with a king-sized bed and one with two twin beds - which share a guest bath with a shower/tub combination. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer in the unit.
Hibiscus Pointe is an exclusive, beautifully maintained complex bordered by wide canals that lead directly to the Bay. Hibiscus Pointe offers a large heated pool with a expansive area full of lounge chairs for sun bathing and table and chairs for picnics by the pool. The property is a feast for the eyes with beautifully manicured tropical gardens. There is a social room for card playing and special dinner events under the stars, shuffleboard court, BBQ grills with picnic areas and expansive boardwalks that line the canal's boat docks. Hibiscus Pointe is located on the quiet, southern end of the island with it's own beach access (quick walk) to the seven miles of pristine, white sands of Fort Myers Beach and the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. And walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and Fish Tale Marina.
