While our island may look different as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds from Hurricane Ian, we can assure you that the beach is as spectacular as ever and all of our homes have been approved and inspected to meet your family's needs. We are Fort Myers Beach Strong and will be better than ever!

Incredible views of the Gulf help make this 1 bedroom efficiency condo the perfect getaway! Located across from Santini Plaza on the south end of the island, Estero Beach & Tennis 1006C is the perfect spot for a couple to relax and enjoy all the island has to offer! Newly renovated, this wonderful condo definitely has a BEACH VIBE!

You can enjoy lovely dinners prepared in your lovely, upgraded fully-equipped kitchen with all new appliances, including that ohh soo important dishwasher. (Or make use of the on-site BBQ to cook up a great meal to enjoy.) The Breakfast Bar with a quartz countertop has seating for 4! The living area has a large flat screen TV to watch your favorite programs, and a comfortable sleeper sofa and reading chair. The master bedroom has a brand new King-sized bed and new bedroom furniture. The Full Bath has been remodeled too, with a wonderful Walk In Shower.

And then there's the VIEW!!!! Spectacular Gulf view with all the beach and wildlife activity, including a front row seat to our world famous sunsets. Your 10th floor balcony offers panoramic vistas of the beautiful Gulf waters and the island all the way to the north tip.

If you're in the mood for activity, the heated pool is a great spot to exercise or just relax and enjoy our sun-filled days; if you want something a little more active there are tennis/pickleball courts to get your feet moving and your heart pumping! Pool is open dawn to dusk.

For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities in building C, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.

The Estero Beach And Tennis Club Resort Complex which sits on 11 acres of lush tropical vegetation offers brand NEW 4 Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts, a fountain lake, resort-sized heated pool, 7 miles of white sandy beach on the Gulf right outside your back door, great fishing, all at the southern upscale and quiet end of Fort Myers Beach AND all for the best deal on the island.

These amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. PLEASE NOTE: There is no washer/dryer in this unit. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor and are available to all residents and guests of Estero Beach & Tennis Club.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club and the experience will be different than if you stayed at EB&T prior to hurricane Ian. The Club has been hard at work to make the grounds beautiful again. Despite their recovery and rebuilding mode, they are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches in their backyard. Your vacation condo has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.

"Our family stayed here in August and we loved the view. The balcony has privacy and plenty of room. This is not a brand new unit but is well maintained and was clean. Perfect Vacation Getaway

"We loved staying in this unit. It was our second time at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. The view is amazing...on most days, you can see all the way to Sanibel Island. We enjoyed watching the birds from the quiet beach. Inside, we were glad to be able to cook using the combo convection oven/microwave. We had everything we needed for a two week stay. The closets had many beach necessities, as well as things you may not be able to pack: chairs, drying rack, wash basket, extra pillows. There is a 7-Eleven within walking distance for quick needs, and a Publix a short drive/trolley ride away. Right across the street is our favorite brunch/ice cream restaurant, Truly Scrumptious. You can easily get to Times Square, but this location helps you feel like you are getting away from it all! Great Condo

"Great view! We loved the condo! Perfect space for us. The beach umbrella, chairs, cooler and ice blocks made trips to the beach easy and comfortable. Convection/microwave worked well for us. Unit has 3 fans to help with circulation and a drying rack to hang wet clothes on. We had packed a fan, dish soap and dishwasher pods to find some already in the unit. Save suitcase space there was some already there. Only complaint is 1 roll of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bag is a bit ridiculous. So remember to stick a couple in your suitcase. Reported toilet not working well and maintenance was in and fixed promptly. Office staff is wonderful. Great vacation and will be back!! Lesa N. from San Tan Valley, AZ

"This was our first time in this unit but 4th trip to this property. It was nicely decorated, clean & comfortable. It would be nice to have a small table on the patio. The knob on the deadbolt was very hard to turn, I don’t know if it needs lubrication or replaced. We also found the verticals on the sliders hard to open & close so we left them alone. The other blinds were fine. The views from the balcony are awesome. From watching dolphins in the morning to storms in the afternoon to sunsets- you can’t beat the view. Awesome Views / Great Location

"This unit probably has one of the best views at Estero Beach &TC. This unit could sure use some TLC. Dishwasher ran for over 3 hour and the dishes were still not clean and the dishwasher smelt like burning wire (not safe at all.) Many small issues like burned out light and ceiling fan in need of repair. Nothing that would stop me from returning, but I expected a unit in much better condition. We did have a plumbing issue and Kathy Nesbit had a plumber there in less than 2 hours and was repaired. This is our 3rd visit to Estro Beach &TC although this unit had the best view it was also in need of many repairs.
