Incredible views of the Gulf help make this 1 bedroom efficiency condo the perfect getaway! Located across from Santini Plaza on the south end of the island, Estero Beach & Tennis 1006C is the perfect spot for a couple to relax and enjoy all the island has to offer!
You can enjoy intimate dinners prepared in your pristine upgraded fully-equipped kitchen (please note there is a dishwasher, microwave and cooktop, but no oven), or make use of the on-site BBQ and cook up a great meal to enjoy on the open balcony. With all the boating and wildlife activity it's a pleasure to sit outside while dining.
The living area has a flat screen TV to watch your favorite programs and a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed (there is a divider wall between the bedroom and living area).
There is free wifi in unit as well as lobby and pool areas. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. This unit is on our linen service so you can wash linens yourself or you can trade them out at our office in Santini Plaza for a very minimal fee.
If you're in the mood for activity, the heated pool is a great spot to exercise or just relax and enjoy our sun-filled days; if you want something a little more active there are tennis courts to get your feet moving and your heart pumping! Pool is open dawn to dusk.
You can walk the beach in either direction - south will take you towards Lovers Key State Park where you can enjoy nature walks or shelling on the beach - or north to Times Square to enjoy the shops, restaurants and activities that the island has to offer.
Closer at hand (almost directly across Estero Blvd.) is Santini Plaza, offering shops and restaurants to satisfy any palate.

Our family stayed here in August and we loved the view. The balcony has privacy and plenty of room. This is not a brand new unit but is well maintained and was clean. If you are looking for a nice week get away in a place that is clean, quiet, and is reasonably priced, check it out.

We loved staying in this unit. It was our second time at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. The view is amazing…on most days, you can see all the way to Sanibel Island. We enjoyed watching the birds from the quiet beach. Inside, we were glad to be able to cook using the combo convection oven/microwave. We had everything we needed for a two week stay. The closets had many beach necessities, as well as things you may not be able to pack: chairs, drying rack, wash basket, extra pillows. There is a 7-Eleven within walking distance for quick needs, and a Publix a short drive/trolley ride away. Right across the street is our favorite brunch/ice cream restaurant, Truly Scrumptious. You can easily get to Times Square, but this location helps you feel like you are getting away from it all! We are grateful to Kathy Nesbit Vacations for their diligence and regular communication with us. This condo is a gem! Enjoy your stay

Great view! We loved the condo! Perfect space for us. The beach umbrella, chairs, cooler and ice blocks made trips to the beach easy and comfortable. Convection/microwave worked well for us. Unit has 3 fans to help with circulation and a drying rack to hang wet clothes on. We had packed a fan, dish soap and dishwasher pods to find some already in the unit. Save suitcase space there was some already there. Only complaint is 1 roll of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bag is a bit ridiculous. So remember to stick a couple in your suitcase. Reported toilet not working well and maintenance was in and fixed promptly. Office staff is wonderful. Great vacation and will be back!!

This was our first time in this unit but 4th trip to this property. It was nicely decorated, clean & comfortable. It would be nice to have a small table on the patio. The knob on the deadbolt was very hard to turn, I don’t know if it needs lubrication or replaced. We also found the verticals on the sliders hard to open & close so we left them alone. The other blinds were fine. The views from the balcony are awesome. From watching dolphins in the morning to storms in the afternoon to sunsets- you can’t beat the view. The things that we didn’t like were minor and would not stop us from booking this unit again.

Great views! Unhappy no oven, and door lock was hard to open, need a keypad so no key would be needed. Also didn’t like extra charges for clean towels or sheets! Overall nice place!

We love our condo! The view is fabulous and the location is a winner, across the street from restaurants and shops and CVS 🤗👍🏻. We love being on the beach and watching the sunsets from our balcony. We’ll be back next year and the coming years.

This unit probably has one of the best views at Estero Beach &TC. This unit could sure use some TLC. Dishwasher ran for over 3 hour and the dishes were still not clean and the dishwasher smelt like burning wire (not safe at all.)
Many small issues like burned out light and ceiling fan in need of repair. Nothing that would stop me from returning, but I expected a unit in much better condition.
We did have a plumbing issue and Kathy Nesbit had a plumber there in less than 2 hours and was repaired.
This is our 3rd visit to Estro Beach &TC although this unit had the best view it was also in need of many repairs.
