A spacious and comfortably furnished condo with a well equipped kitchen. It has a large screened lanai with a nice view of the bay and boat slips below. There is plenty of convenient parking and a storage locker in the parking area stocked with chairs and umbrellas for the beach.
The building has only 16 units so their are no long waits for the elevator. The building’s residents are friendly and welcoming.
This was our 3rd rental through Kathy Nesbit and the staff has always been responsive and helpful. We look forward to our next visit.
