Despite being on 2nd floor, the view of Gulf was a pleasant surprise. Unit was outfitted well with everything we needed. Right out the gate and you’re on the beach. One of the nicer pools on the island. As for Kathy Nesbitt Vacation, they were as always professional and very responsive.
