This condo is so perfect. It was very clean. It has a remodeled, new feel to it. It has everything you need from beach chairs, sand castle making supplies, bath towels, coffee pot, ice maker…I would stay here again in a second. The Eden house is a very convenient spot. You are not trapped on the end with all the terrible traffic and you can walk to the CVS. We grilled out for Thanksgiving and it was amazing! The master bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We also received great service from the Kathy Nesbit team. When we first got there, I was struggling to figure out the air conditioning. They quickly responded on a Sunday and sent someone over. They made the booking process so easy. I did a lot of looking and I think Kathy Nesbit has the best prices and best condos on FM beach if you are looking for 2-6 people. You really can’t beat her selection and the responsiveness you get from this group. We will be back!
