PH2 has a great view from the very large balcony. Plenty of space for 8 people. We found everything to be clean and well kept. We have been coming to Fort Myers Beach for 31 years. Sometimes 2 or 3 times per year. We have stayed in multiple condos on the beach. This is the 1st time at Carlos Pointe. The only thing we found different here Is, it seems like the Condo owners are not as welcoming and friendly as other places. It may be that, they feel like they have distance themselves from the Times Square tourists. Another then that, We would stay here again. Kathy Nesbit Vacations did an excellent job with our reservations.
