The place is great! Me and my friend stayed there for the month of June. It is super spacious, well equipped, comfortable, the swimming pool is great, neighbors are nice and kind and Kathy’s team is very responsive and nice.
We had no car but this was no problem, the apartment building is located in a very good area, close there is a CVS, 7 Eleven and the mall with various restaurants. Across the street there is a very nice Tiki bar called Pinchers (with live music from Friday-Sunday). If you want to go to the north of the Island (bar, Publix, restaurant, etc.) take a trolley right in front of the building, it costs $0.75. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.
