Great experience renting from Kathy Nesbit Vacations. This unit at Estero Sands is a bit outdated but clean and great location on the island away from the business of the pier area but close enough to walk or ride trolley to. And best of all it’s right on the beach with the huts for shade and beach loungers to use. Neighbors that live in the building also very friendly. We had a great experience and will use Kathy Nesbit Vacations to rent from in the future!
